Kingsbury Green Academy

Kingsbury Green Academy is a brand new school and is the newest member of the outstanding Royal Wootton Bassett Academy Trust.

This is a tremendously exciting time for everyone associated with the school, having recently joined the outstanding Royal Wootton Bassett Academy Trust they are looking forward to sharing the trust’s commitment to excellence with the children of Calne and the surrounding area.

At Kingsbury Green Academy, they believe in the power of education to change young people’s lives and  aim to be inclusive and cater for the needs of all its students.

They achieve this with inspirational teaching, excellent pastoral care and a wide range of extra-curricular activities that will enable their students to become well-rounded, confident young people who have an impact on the world.

Excellence is a thread that runs throughout the Royal Wootton Bassett Academy Trust and as the newest member of the Trust, Kingsbury Green is also committed to excellence in everything it does.

The mission statement, “Achieving Excellence Together”, highlights their commitment to ensuring the students achieve the best academic standards possible for them as individuals.

Kingsbury Green Academy celebrate achievement in all its forms and aim to help the students define what excellence looks like for them. They believe that this can only be done together in partnership, bringing together the combined expertise of the Trust, parents and of course the desire of their students to achieve wonderful outcomes.

Kingsbury Green will work hard to ensure that its students feel a strong sense of belonging both to the school and to the local community and are proud to be Kingsbury Green Academy students and proud to be a part of the wider Calne area community.
